How to Use
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and both feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm on a table with the upper arm at approximately heart level.
- Place the cuff securely around the bare upper arm according to the cuff instructions.
- Keep your legs uncrossed and remain still and quiet during measurement.
- Press the Start/Stop button to begin.
- Wait while the monitor automatically inflates the cuff and takes the measurement.
- Read the displayed systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.
- Use Bluetooth connectivity to transfer readings to the Omron Connect app where supported.
